Rachael Felan, a native Austinite, launched her real estate career after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin. She spent her first years in the business in commercial real estate then joined Anne Kennedy & Company to follow her true passion, residential real estate. After Anne sold her real estate team to The Nelson Project Rachael decided to stay on board and work for Julie as her new buyer's agent. Rachael’s passion stems from her desire to connect with people and help them make one of the biggest and most exciting purchases of their life. Her love and extensive knowledge of Austin enables her to serve her clients at a deep level and to provide new residents with a local view of the capital city. Rachael works diligently to find the ideal house for each client and sees each day as a new opportunity to do so.
